If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees. grease and line a Lamington tin.
- Add butter to bowl and melt 2 mins, 100 degrees, speed 1.
- Add sugar, flour and coconut and mix 30 seconds, speed 4.
- Add eggs and milk and mix thoroughly speed 4, 1 minute.
- Bake 20-25 minutes. Ice while warm with lemon icing.
- Lemon icing - 1 desertspoon butter, 1 cup icing sugar, grated lemon rind from 1/2 a lemon, lemon juice from 1/2 lemon and water as required. Mix together until you have spreadable icing. Sprinkle with coconut.
