Snicker Bliss Balls
- 150 grams medjool dates, deseeded
- 80 grams Maple syrup
- 100 grams Peanut Butter
- 250 grams unsalted peanuts, crushed
- 40 grams dessicated coconut, plus extra for rolling
- 40 grams cocoa powder, 70% cocoa
- 5 grams vanilla essence
- 1 pinch salt

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

Recipe's preparation
- Add Peanuts to bowl and crush. 5 seconds/Sp 6
- Add all remaining ingredients. Remembering to leave some coconut for rollilng. Mix for 20 Seconds/Sp 6. Mixture may feel a little dry but will hold together well when rolled.
- Roll mixture into balls (size if your own preference).
- Roll balls in additional coconut
- Keep refrigerated

Tip
If you dont like to roll mixture into balls then press into a slice tim and sprinke additional coconut over the top before refrigerating.
