Snicker Bliss Balls

  • 150 grams medjool dates, deseeded
  • 80 grams Maple syrup
  • 100 grams Peanut Butter
  • 250 grams unsalted peanuts, crushed
  • 40 grams dessicated coconut, plus extra for rolling
  • 40 grams cocoa powder, 70% cocoa
  • 5 grams vanilla essence
  • 1 pinch salt

      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add Peanuts to bowl and crush. 5 seconds/Sp 6
  2. Add all remaining ingredients. Remembering to leave some coconut for rollilng. Mix for 20 Seconds/Sp 6. Mixture may feel a little dry but will hold together well when rolled.
  3. Roll mixture into balls (size if your own preference).
  4. Roll balls in additional coconut
  5. Keep refrigerated

Tip

If you dont like to roll mixture into balls then press into a slice tim and sprinke additional coconut over the top before refrigerating.
