Shish Kebab Marinade
- 2 sprigs fresh rosemary, Leaves only
- 2 sprigs fresh marjoram, (Optional)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 15 g white vinegar
- 110 g red wine
- 85 g olive oil
- 40 g ketchup
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp sugar raw
- 1 tsp salt

Recipe's preparation
- 1. Add rosemary, marjoram and garlic to mixing bowl and chop 20 sec/speed 8.
2. Add remainder of the ingredients and blend 30 sec/speed 3.
3. Pour marinade over cubed meat of choice and allow to marinade for a minimum of 1 hour (longer is better).
4. Add meat and vegetable of choice to skewers and grill.
