If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

Recipe's preparation
- add 200g water and 50g sugar to mixing bowl 5mins 65c speed 3
- add 100g rice flour 5mins 65c speed3
- cool till 37c add yeast 30sec speed 3 rice to double the size in a bowl around 1-1.3 hours
- use stick to stir it let the bubble out put into a bowl burshed with oil and fit into the veroma tray covered with wrap set a side for 20mins
- put 500g water and put veroma tray on 20 mins veroma speed1
