If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Steilize jars
Blitz the uncrystallised ginger
add lemon and mango
blend 8 sec speed 4
add sugar
cook 45 mins, 100 degrees, speed 2.
replace measuring cup with basket to stop splatter and let steam escape.

Tip
Be sure to blitz the ginger or you will be left with lumps of ginger in your jam

I have a nice supply of mangoes ATM and thought I would give this a try. Very easy and tastes great. Is a little sweet for my liking, so will cut down on the sugar next time.
