      Recipe is created for
      TM 6
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place Garlic Cloves into bowl, add lid with measuring cup inserted, and set time to 3 seconds speed 6. Once finished scrape down sides of the bowl, if still Chunky repeat you want these nice and chopped

Cut top of your jalapeno off and slice down the side, remove seeds and membrane

Weigh into your bowl your jalapeños, pop on the lid with measuring cup inserted, set your time to 2 seconds speed 5, you want them chopped but not mushed up, repeat if needed but keep an eye on them

Take bowl off machine, add salt and apple cider vinegar and stir together with a spatula, test a little bit if its not spicy to your liking add some seeds, once mixed add to a jar or bottle.

Store in fridge for 2 weeks

Add to your favorite dishes such as nachos, burritos, tacos or hot dogs for a little zing
