Tomato Paste

1.500 grams tomatoes, quartered
20 g Olive Oli
10 g salt
parsley, good handful
2 bay leaves

Tomato Paste

Place all ingredients in mixer bowl. Process 10 sec/speed8/MC on.

Cook 45 min/varooma/speed 1 MC off, with basket on top of lid to catch any splatters.

Scrape down bowl. Blitz 1 min/speed 9/MC on.

Cook a further 10-15 min/varooma/speed 1/MC off, basket on lid, until mixture is thcick and concentrated.

Scoop tablespoons of the paste into ice cube trays or place in zip lock bag and freeze until required.
