Add a commentI missed the part in the
I missed the part in the recipie where it said to add the cheese. The onions were extra watery so I cooked them for 2 minutes longer. I cooked the rest of the dip at 60 degrees to melt the cheese. The spinnach didnt combine into the dip and had to be pushed down a lot! the risidual heat from cooking the onions was not enough to wilt the spinnach so also cooked that. I ended up blending for a few seconds at the end to break the spinnach down into smaller pieces..... a few issues but is tasty and easy to make, but probably wouldn't make again.
