    Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipe's preparation

    Marinade
  1. Place all ingredients into mixing bowl.

    COOK 5 min / 100 degrees / speed 2 / Counter-clockwise operation  NO MC

    Makes 400mls

     

     

     

  2. Turning Marinade into Sauce
  3. Place left over marinade in mixing bowl.

    COOK 3 min / 100 degrees / speed 2 NO MC

Tip

This marinade is spicy and sticky.  You may half the tabasco sauce for a milder flavour.

 

Use this marinade on butterflied leg of lamb, pork ribs or beef.

Marinade meat minium 30 min or overnight.  Bast meat while cooking.

 

Works well in BBQ or in the oven.

 

I like to turn the marinade into a sauce to serve with the meat.  Directions are above.
