- 2 portion raspberries
- 1 portion blueberries
- 1 portion caster sugar
- 2 --- Lemon Juiced
Put everything into the mixing bowl of the Thermomix.
Buzz everything for a few seconds on around speed 5 to chop up. Scrape down fruit.
Set temperature at 100º, timer at 25 minutes and speed around 1-2. Set the steamer basket over top instead of the MC plastic lid to allow steam to escape, but contain any splatters.
When it chimes, scrape down sides of bowl, if needed.
Set temperature at Varoma, timer at 10 minutes and speed on 1- 2.
Pour into clean jars, place lids on tightly and store on counter upside down until room temperature.
Then store in fridge once opened.
Great drizzled over and swirled into plain yogurt.
