  • 300 grams Milk

      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31).   1. Insert your butterfly whisk

    Add butter and melt 2min, 100deg, speed 1.

    Add mushrooms and saute 3min, 100deg,Counter-clockwise operation, Gentle stir setting

    Add flour - 1min, 100 deg,Counter-clockwise operation1.5

    Add the milk, sugar, salt and pepper - 5min, 100 deg, Counter-clockwise operation1.5

    Add cheese - 5min, 100deg, Counter-clockwise operation1
