  • 200 g Whole egg mayo
  • 40 g Gherkin relish
  • 20 g American Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar

Recipe's preparation

    Big Mac Sauce
  1. METHOD:
    Simple as ever!
    Put everything in your thermomix and set for 10 seconds on speed 4. Scrape down sides and repeat as necessary.

    Taste and adjust to your liking, I like it with more vinegar, husband likes it with more gherkin relish. Easy peasy!
    It also doubles and triples well!

    Lasts for over a week in the fridge, hasn't ever lasted longer than that so I can't say exactly how long it would last
