  • 250 g cream cheese, softened and chopped
  • 100-150 g blue cheese, crumbled
  • 80 g Grated Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 level tbsp Dried minced onion
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup Chopped walnuts

Recipe's preparation

    How to:
  1. 1. Blend all ingredients together
    40-50secs/sp 4, until smooth

    2. Place in a cling wrap lined bowl and form into a ball. Cover with cling wrap and leave in the fridge 4hrs minimum or preferably overnight.

    3. Remove from fridge and roll in the walnuts, parsley, or a mixture of both.

    4. Refridgetate or serve immediately.
