Recipe's preparation

  1. Place sugar into mixing bowl and mill for 15 sec/speed 9.

  2. Insert Buterfly. Add remaining ingredients and cook for 10 min/80C/speed 4. Mixture should coat the back of a wooden spoon and will thicken on standing.

    I have made this sauce twice over the Christmas holiday(by popular demand) and it is so easy and delicious! A wonderful accompaniment to go with Christmas Pudding! I added a little extra brandy second time round!
