- 1 litres goat's milk
- 220 g panela sugar
- 1/2 level tsp Vanilla Paste
- 1/2 level tsp baking soda
- 10 g any red wine
Place all ingredients to the bowl, set to Veroma, 50 to 55 minutes, speed 5. Place TM basket on top instead of measuring cup to allow evaporation to occur.
Once cooked pour immediately into sterile jar as it sets quickly. Store in the refrigerator.
Makes enough to fill a 250ml jar approximately depending on evaporation.
Accessories you need
You can add 1 tsp of baking soda if you like it darker.
