  • 1 level tbsp Veg Stock Paste

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place oil and onions in mixing bowl then caramelise High Temp. 
  2. Add water and salt, scrape base of mixing bowl with spatula then caramelise 4 min/120°C//speed .
  3. cool slightly for a few minutes then add cream cheese and veg stock and blend on speed 4 for 20 seconds.
  4. Serve with crackers or vegetable sticks and enjoy
