Tip

Great recipe for using up cooked chicken. My family like curry so I usually coat my cheeseball in curry powder. Can also add coriander or parsley or chives to the recipe or as a coating.

MarilynL: hi Marilyn, I’m pretty new to posting recipes so have been know to leave things out. Conversion of my mum’s 70’s recipe. Hers says 2 cups but I put in 1/2cups as that is all that was left over. I must remember to weigh next time.
