Recipe's preparation

  1. Add sugar to bowl and blitz on Speed 9 for 10 seconds.

     

    Add cocoa, water and salt and cook for 5 mins, speed 3, 100 degrees

     

    Add vanilla and stir through 15 secs speed 3.

Tip

Store in fridge in sterilised jar (I wet a jar and microwave it for 2 mins then using a tea towel I shake the excess water off and place on top of tea towel to fill). 

 

Don't wash the bowl!! Add a cup of mild and mix on speed 8 for 30 seconds - chocolate milk!

    Yum! Enjoying a hot chocolate now, put in 300g milk 3 minutes speed 3. Quite easy. I made a mistake and forgot to blitz the sugar but seems to have worked. I think next time I will chose a wide mouth smaller jar for ease of transferring it.
