Ingredients

Coconut Sauce

  • 80 g dessicated coconut
  • 275 g water
  • 1/2 cup --- white sugar
  • 200 g Milk, Dark Blue

Recipe's preparation

    Coconut Sauce
  1. Place dessicated coconut into mixing bowl to mill for 15 seconds on speed 9
  2. Scrape down the sides then add water and blend for 1minute on speed 9
  3. Pour the mixture into a nut bag over a medium bowl and firmly squeeze to extract milk
  4. Rinse mixing bowl then pour coconut milk back in adding dark blue milk and white sugar. Mix for 20seconds on speed 2

Tip

You will also need a milk or nut bag, medium bowl or jug for pooring.
