Creamy Mustard

  • 250 g Milk
  • 100 g sugar
  • 125 g white wine vinegar
  • 250 g water
  • 1 tbsp apricot jam
  • 35 g cornflour
  • 1 tsp salt

      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add mustard powder, milk, sugar, water, jam & salt

    Combine well for 10 secs / speed 4

    Cook for 12 mins / 90 degrees / speed 2

    Add vinegar and cornflour & cook for a futher 10 mins / 90 degrees / speed 2

    Pour into glass jars. When cooled, place in the fridge
