- 125 g ground mustard powder
- 250 g Milk
- 100 g sugar
- 125 g white wine vinegar
- 250 g water
- 1 tbsp apricot jam
- 35 g cornflour
- 1 tsp salt

Add mustard powder, milk, sugar, water, jam & salt
Combine well for 10 secs / speed 4
Cook for 12 mins / 90 degrees / speed 2
Add vinegar and cornflour & cook for a futher 10 mins / 90 degrees / speed 2
Pour into glass jars. When cooled, place in the fridge
