Dried Apricot Jam

  • 400 grams dried apricots
  • 350 grams water
  • 250 grams sugar
  • 100 grams lemon juice

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place apricots and water into TM bowl and cook 10min / 100degrees / speed 1

  2. Add remaining ingredients and cook 20min / 90 degrees / reverse speed 1

  3. Pour into hot sterilised jars and cool.

    if you would like it a little less thick, add extra lemon joice after cooking and testing the set. But then cook it for a further 5 minutes.

    So easy! I used jamming sugar and little less water to make thickerv& preserve longer. Bought some Aussie grown dried apricots & was so full of flavour. Lovely jam, made for Xmas gifts!
