- 100 g sesame seeds
- 50 g chia seeds
- 100 g Nuts, hazelnuts, macadamias, pistachios
- 1 tbsp cumin seeds
- 1 tbsp coriander seeds
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp dried oregano, (mint or thyme will do as well)

TM 5Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
Place nuts, cumin & coriander into mixing bowl and dry roast 8 min/Varoma/speed 1. Remove lid and allow to cool.
Once cooled, press briefly 2 times/1 sec//Turbo.
Add all remaining ingredients and mix 10 sec/speed 3.
Store in an airtight container and serve with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
