    TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.
Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

This sauce is the best one ive found. Very easy, and tastes delicious. I did add a teaspoon of Five Spice Powder at the end, and then blended it on Speed 10 til it was silky smooth.

Made this for the first time and have nothing to compare with, but I love the flavour of this sauce. Delicious. Might add a chilli next time as done by others who have commented for a little extra kick. I also like sweeter things, so I may also add a little extra sugar.

I don't find the soy to be overbearing. Yummy!

Sorry this tastes strange to me. I think it's the soy sauce. Still edible with roast chicken.

Easy and delicious! I added a whole red chilli in step one because my family like spicy food and it's delicious! Very tasty with chicken and plum sauce!

Easy and tasty. I used sour plums, so added more sugar to compensate. So good that I made a second batch; this time with a green apple and some chilli sauce.
