- 1kg Ripe tomato’s, Skin off and cut in quarters
- 100g red capsicum
- 100g red onion
- 50g brown onion
- 1 dried bayleaf
- 50g Red Wine (shiraz)
- 50g red wine vinegar
- 5 Peppercorns
- 15 Mustard seeds
- 1 tsp Salt or veg stock paste
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp Coconut sugar
- 100g honey

Recipe's preparation
- Weigh in
Tomatos
capsicum
onions
garlic into bowl
Chop 5 seconds/speed 7
Scrape down sides of bowl with spatula
Add all other ingredients
Cook with MC on for 40mins/Varoma/Speed 2
Scrape down sides of bowl and cook with Basket on instead of MC for 20 mins/Varoma/Speed 2
Place MC on top of bowl and Purée 30 seconds/Speed 8 - gradually from speed 5 to speed 8
Pour into sterilised jars or sauce bottles
