- 15 g red onion
- 30 g honey
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoons poppy seeds
- 100 g feta cheese
- 100 g Beetroot

Recipe's preparation
Wrap small whole beetroot in foil and bake 180 deg 40 min.
Place onion into bowl and chop 2 sec / speed 5.
Scrape down sides of bowl and repeat twice.
Add honey, apple cider vinegar and mix 2 sec / speed 5.
Add beetroot, fetta & poppy seeds and chop 10 sec / speed 5.
Scrape down sides of bowl and repeat.
Serve on cracked pepper water crakers with cos lettuce.

Love this recipe. I'm finding many of the Thermomix recipes make enough to feed an army but this made about 2 cups which means we're not eating it for weeks. Flavours are great and texture good And everyone said it was delicious. I'm going to make it again to take to a birthday party.
