LEEK SAUCE
- 230 g leek
- 100 g water
- 5 g dried tarragon
- 150 g double cream
- 5 g lemon juice
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Recipe's preparation
- 1. Trim white part of leek then cut in half , wash under running water to get rid of any sand. Cut in 2cm pieces.
2. Place leek, water,tarragon, lemon juice and seasoning into TM bowl cook 12 mins/ Varoma temp/speed soft/mc on.
3. Add double cream to TM bowl mix 12 seconds/speed 4/mc on.

It's a yes from me! Thought the bottom of the bowl was burning though so stopped at 9 mins. Also, didn't have any taragon so used basil. So good. Will defo make again. Thank you.
