Recipe's preparation

    Lemon and Herb Flavoured Butter
  1. Add Italian parsley, thyme and lemon rind to TMX and blend 10 seconds/speed 9, scraping down and repeating if zest isn't fine enough for your liking.
  2. Add the TMX butter, grapeseed oil and salt and blend 10 seconds/speed 4, repeating if necessary.

Tip

This is perfect for cooking, or serving with, fish and chicken dishes.  It will fill two pate dishes and uses the quanitity of butter made from 600 grams of cream.
