- 10 grams Italian parsley
- 5 grams fresh thyme
- Good grind of pink rock salt
- Half the rind of a lemon - peeled in strips
- 300 grams TMX Butter
- 40 grams Grapeseed Oil
- Add Italian parsley, thyme and lemon rind to TMX and blend 10 seconds/speed 9, scraping down and repeating if zest isn't fine enough for your liking.
- Add the TMX butter, grapeseed oil and salt and blend 10 seconds/speed 4, repeating if necessary.
