Low FODMAP Creamy Mustard & Maple Sauce
- 150 g Lactose free Cream, Normal cream is fine if you don’t need LF
- 2-3 level tbsp Maple syrup, Add to desired taste
- 60 gram garlic infused oil, Low Fodmap
- 1 heaped tablespoons djion mustard, Check ingredients to confirm it’s low Fodmap
- 1 heaped tablespoons seeded mustard, Check ingredients to confirm it’s low Fodmap and has no hidden garlic
- 1 level tbsp gluten free cornflour

Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation
- Place all ingredients in bowl, cook for 3 minutes 50° speed 2
Scrape sides with spatula and cook for another 2 minutes 50° on speed 2.
Then serve with chicken, pork or steak.
I used mine with some homemade GF Chicken Schnitzels
