Recipe's preparation

  1.   Place butterfly in TM bowl and add ingredients except butter.  Cook for 4 minutes at 70 degrees on speed 3.  Then without any more heat, beat for 2 minutes at speed 3, putting the butter, a large tablespoon at a time, through the lid.

Fabulous and thick cold, or great as it is with meat or chicken, barbecued or roasted.

  • I chopped up some fresh

I chopped up some fresh tarragon and then proceeded with the recipe using plain white vinegar. I used cranberry sauce instead of the red currant jelly - my husband loved the end result!

  • Very good recipe! Used three

    Submitted by yin on 27. September 2015 - 07:41.

Very good recipe! Used three times, perfect each time! I did put a bit more vinegar than three teaspoonful, I like it a bit more tangy... anyway, recommend this to anyone loves a steak!

  • Im a little confused about

    Submitted by Lindagrandma on 24. December 2014 - 01:12.

Im a little confused about the '3 teaspoonstarragon vinegar" in the ingredients.  Is there a typo here?  Two separate ingredients?  or is there a vinegar called 'tarragon vinegar"?

  • This is absolutely delicious

Submitted by Carol Millington on 3. April 2013 - 12:21.

This is absolutely delicious and so easy - I didn't have red currant  jelly - only red jam I had was strawberry (thermomix of course!) so used that. There is really only sauce for 2-3 people so if wanting more I would double recipe and increase cooking time for longer if needed. Thank you for recipe Gail. :)
