Recipe's preparation

    Mustard Sauce
  1. Put all ingredients into TM for 10 secs on speed 6.

    Cook for 4 mins at 90 deg on speed 1.

This sauce is very mild and great with Coorong Mullet and Chicken Breast.

    I made this sauce last night, it was great and very easy to make, next time my one small change will be to halve the TM vege stock as it was a little salty for my taste.

    My apologies, there was a typo, should be 50 grams of water not 500 grams. I have corrected the recipe and tried it and it is fine........according to the family ! Very sorry

  • No idea how you can get a

    No idea how you can get a thick, tasy sauce in 4 minutes.  I used 400g water instead of 500 because I always find most recipes have too much liquid.  After 4 minutes the temp was only up to 60 degrees and all I had was an extremely thin, tasteless sauce.  Added another 2 tbsp dijon, another 2 tbsp corn flour and cooked on 90 degrees, speed 3 for 15 minutes with mc off.
