Tip
I mix approx. 1 tbsp of this 'jam' with about 150g of natural yoghurt and fill 'squeezy' packets for my kids. They love it!!
And I fill about 8 squeezy packets for approx. $1. Winner! Leave the seeds out if you like but I like to add the protein hit.

Made this today and it was super easy. And flavoured my yoghurt really well! Although next time I might use berries with no seeds - totally personal choice!
