i tried this recipe tonight and was very very dissapointed.  it really seems to be missing something.  strong chilli/ lemongrass.......   i roasted the peanuts myself first - and it took 15 minutes at least.  Also - i double the recipe.    i have an ongoing problem with the thermomix when i cook onions that that do not smell 'sweet' like they do when they are cooked on a pan on the flame.

has anyone got any hints to save this recipe/  also - mine looks very pale in colour - no redness at all.

    thanks
