- 300 grams Salted Peanuts
- dash Rice Bran Oil, Add to desired consistency
Recipe's preparation
Add Salted Peanute to thermomix bowl. Chop on speed 9 for 15 seconds.
Scrape down side of bowl.
Chop on speed 7 for 30 seconds.
Scrape down side of bowl.
Repeat on speed 7 for a further 30 seconds.
Add a dash of Rice Bran Oil and continue on speed 7 for a further 10 seconds.

Super easy, I did have to continuously wipe down the sides of the bowl during the 10 seconds which made the process take a little longer but definitely worth it. I doubled the recipe and worked well. Unsalted peanuts remove that salty taste and makes it a little healthier

Yummy! I use aldi salted peanuts, but put them in a sieve and give them a rub, removing a lot of excess salt. Left out oil but had some chopped peanuts I'd reserved earlier at the end as I like my butter to have a bit of crunch.

I used whatever nuts I had in
I used whatever nuts I had in the cupboard: a mix of roasted salted cashews, roasted almonds and raw peanuts. Added a slurp of maple syrup with the oil and used peanut oil as that's what I had (needed a fair bit more than a dash), as well as a generous pinch of salt flakes.
Delicious! I think next time I would dry roast the peanuts to release more of the oils and flavour.
