- 230 g Butter from EDC, at room temperature
- 1 vanilla bean, scraped
- 2-3 drops pink food colouring
- 1/2 tsp Rose Water

Make butter as per EDC recipe.
Insert butterfly, add butter, vanilla, food colouring and rosewater in TM bowl and whip until butter is light and fluffy - speed 4 for 1 min. Check and scrape down sides of bowl and continue for another minute if necessary
