If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Salmon dip
  1. Place all ingredients in Closed lid and mix for 30-40 seconds, on Gentle stir setting3

Place in cling wrap, inside a bowl or container. Is better if it's made a few hours before use, or over night. When about to serve it, roll in some curry powder, as much or little as you want.

Serve with savoury biscuits, or vegie sticks. Enjoy! It's a favourite in our house.
