Satay dressing (or dipping sauce)
- 20 grams soy sauce, light
- 20 grams kecap manis
- 15 grams apple cider vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic
- 50 grams fresh ginger, peeled & cut into coins
- 20 grams fresh turmeric, peeled and cut into pieces
- 1/2 portion red long stem chilli deseeded, (for a mild taste result)
- 60 grams coconut flakes, toasted
- 2 level tsp honey
- 125 grams peanut butter, (or alternative nut butters)
- 60 grams coconut water

- Place all dressing ingredients into mixing bowl and blend 10 seconds/speed 9. Transfer into a bowl or a serving jug, ready to dress your favourite salad.

Tip
Can also be used as a delicious nutty dipping sauce OR even as a marinade for your favourite cut of chicken, beef or fish.
For Vegan diet, substitute Tamari sauce instead of soy & kecap manis, and replace honey with either rice malt syrup or pure maple syrup.
