      TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Tip

Options for this sauce is either chop chicken and cook in fry pan adding sauce as needed.

I like to skewer the chicken and cook in frypan and coating with brush with sauce as cooking. Serve with rice and sauce drizzled over top and/or put in a bowl served along side it.

Tash Carter:I did forget to mention that I actually add the oil at the beginning before chopping. It wasn't a mistake, I find it works well for this recipe and others.

This recipe is superdooper easy and yummy 😋 You do however, just as a reminder to learners, to add your oil in point 2 to sauté. I used traditional English mustard as I didn’t have Dijon. Amazing 5/5. Add a bit of dried chilli for that extra spice. I could eat it by the spoon full!
