Sweet and Sour Sauce
- 470 grams water
- 80 grams cornflour
- 100 grams sugar
- 50 grams soy sauce, dark
- 1/4 teaspoons ground ginger
- 30 grams tomato sauce
- 80 grams vinegar
- 1 cans pineapple piece, canned, Drained Optional
- 150 grams Diced Capsicum, Optional
- 5 Sliced Shallots, Optional
- 150 grams Carrot Diced, Optional

Recipe's preparation
- Add first 7 ingredients to your bowl
- Cook at speed 4 on 90 degrees for 8 minutes
- Add vegetables and cook "Counter-clockwise operation" 4mins on 80 degrees speed 3
- Serve with Ham or Chicken

Tip
I serve with warm ham and just add shallots and sometimes pineapple.

I had no onion or shallot so used a few shakes of onion powder, used dark soy, it's a very dark sweet and sour sauce. Not the orange/pink from the jar I'm use to. I cooked the veg 4 mins longer and served with battered chicken balls. Next time ill use normal soy sauce, not dark soy. Taste was perfect!! It makes HEAPS of sauce, ill put in take-away containers and freeze for future use. Thanks for a great recipe that was so easy to follow. ♡
