Recipe's preparation

  1. Describe the preparation steps of your recipe

  2. mill sugar 10 sec sp 9

    add basil, nutmeg and nuts 

    6 sec sp 9 until finely ground and before starting to paste

    reserve a half tsp of mixture to sprinkle on top of dip

    add sour cream and mix 6 sec sp 6

    check and scrape down sides and mix 2 sec sp 5 if needed

Tip

a mixture of walnuts and pistachios can also be used

 

serve with biscotti or crisp chocolate wafers

    I made this for a party I was going to and got sooo many compliments.

    really really nice. 

    I would do about half of the sugar but it was loved by everyone. i was being asked for recipes all night.
