Tangy Cranberry Sauce

  • 1 zest of 1 lime
  • 3 drops Young Living Lime Oil
  • 80 grams raw brown sugar
  • 227 grams fresh cranberries, Organic if Possible
  • 30 grams orange liqueur, Grans Marnier
  • 125 grams water, Room Temperature

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1.0  Place Lime Zest, Lime YLEO drops and Raw Sugar in dry bowl.Mill 8sec/speed9. Scrape down sides of bowl. 

     

  2. 2.0  Add Fresh Cranberrues, Orange Liqueur and water.  Cook 10 mins/100C/speed1

    If you want your cranberries to remain mostly whole, then Counter-clockwise operation this step!

     

  3. 3.0  Once completed, pour into heat safe bowl and serve!

Tip

This recipe makes a tart sauce, if you prefer something a bit sweeter, consider adding an additional 50-80 grams of Raw Sugar in Step 1.
