So easy and so delicious! I didn't have red onions so just used brown onions and it was really good! I just sliced up the onions with my V slicer, then threw it all in to cook, couldn't be easier!

This was so so easy and tasty. I used them in mini quiches and on a cheese platter with soft cheese. Thanks! Next time I'll use a little bit of balsamic too.

Fantastic - we love caramelised onion sauce and this one turned out fantastic, used normal onions as that is what we had and it was fine.  Have made several times already - Thanks

  • Hi Bonnie, I'm not completely

    Submitted by Thermo-lish on 21. June 2014 - 15:21.

Hi Bonnie, I'm not completely sure, but in the past I have used it in just over a week and it's been fine! I am usually making quite a bit at once to use at a school bbq's and I will make it during the week of the event and use it on the night/day. But when it comes to home I have only left it in the fridge for about 10 days and then got rid of it! Hope that helps....
