Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Peel, core and quarter the apples. Place skins and cores along with mint stalks in top barons tray. Place apples in bottom Varoma, fill TMX bowl with 1000 g water and steam for 20 mins / Varoma / speed 32. Discard water and skins etc. Place apples in bowl and process for 15 sec / speed 9.3. Add sugar, lemon juncertainty/vinegar. Cook for 9 mins / 100 deg / speed 3.4. Straight after cooking stir through finely chopped mint leaves, serve or store in sterilised jars in fridge.
