For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. -

Recipe's preparation
- 1. cut onion into quaters and place in
"Closed lid" add parsley chop for 2 seconds on turbo, scrape down sides.
2. spray 10 shots of frylight & cook at 100c/ 3mins/speed"Gentle stir setting"
3. add rest of ingredients, cook"Counter-clockwise operation" 6 minutes / 90c/speed 4.
