Recipe's preparation

  1. 1 Place onion and parsley in bowlClosed lid"Closed lid" , chop speed 5, 10 seconds.


    2 Add butter, mix 3 minutes, speed 2, scrape bowl.

    3 Add flour, milk, salt & pepper. Cook 12 minutes, 100 degrees, speed 3.

Tip

You can add more parley or onion if you like. I season after as well if not enough.
