Worcestershire sauce

  • 700 g canned plums, in juice drained, deseeded (canned in juice)
  • 90 g white wine vinegar, or apple cider vinegar
  • 80 g soy sauce
  • 30 g water
  • 30 g Coconut sugar
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp ginger powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 1 tsp lime juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1/2 tsp mustard powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper, freshly ground
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves

      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

  1. Add all ingredients to mixer bowl. Cook for 15 min/100 degrees/speed 1/MC on


    Blend for 30 sec/speed 7/MC on. Allow to cool completely.
