For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. add vegetables (Bok Choy leaves first in so at bottom of jug)
4-5 mins Varoma "Counter-clockwise operation" Sp2
Sprinkle Sesame oil, seeds, tamari/Soy sauce and salt and pepper
5sec "Counter-clockwise operation" sp2
Turn out into thermoserver and server, stir and imediately.
