Asian Style Vegetable Stirfry

Ingredients

Stirfry

  • 1 clove garlic
  • 15 g olive oil
  • 130 g celery chopped
  • 200 g bok choy, cut into halves and washed
  • 1 bunch asparagus, wood ends removed washed and chopped into 3
  • 10 g sesame oil
  • teaspoon sesame seeds, roasted
  • 10 g tamari or soy sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste

Recipe's preparation

    Stirfry
  1. add garlic 3sec sp5

    add Olive Oil 3mins Varoma sp2

    add vegetables (Bok Choy leaves first in so at bottom of jug)

    4-5 mins Varoma Counter-clockwise operation Sp2

    Sprinkle Sesame oil, seeds, tamari/Soy sauce and salt and pepper

    5sec Counter-clockwise operation sp2

    Turn out into thermoserver and server, stir and imediately.
