Braised Fennel

  • 1 large fennel bulb
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp water

Recipe's preparation

    Braised fennel
  1. Remove any stalks and leaves from the bulb to use in another dish. Thinly slice the fennel then place in a ramekin or wrap in tinfoil or greaseproof baking paper with the butter and water. Steam in the varoma for 30 minutes. Serve with prok and fennel meatballs and tomato fennel sauce and roasted potatoes.
