Cauliflower Tabbouleh

Cauli Tabbouleh

  • 100 grams cauliflower florets
  • 50 grams parsley
  • 20 grams mint
  • 1 lemon
  • salt, to taste
  • 20 grams oil, avocado or macadamia
  • 1 avocado

Recipe's preparation

    Cauliflower Tabbouleh
  1. Put all ingredients in the TM with cauli first and end with avocado. Cauli florets should be same size, about size of MC. Chop 1 to 2 seconds on speed 5. Scrape down and chop again if needed.

    Just a couple of questions:
    1. Is that the juice of a lemon?

    2. In the photo, there's some orange ingredients.....can't see this listed? Would that be carrot? If so how much?

  • I used a Lot more cauliflower

    I used a Lot more cauliflower as I found the recipe to be very wet. Great taste on Essene bread  Love
