Cooked red cabbge
- 200 g apple, in pieces
- 400 g red cabbage, in pieces
- 60 g onion
- 40 g Butter
- 1 bay leaf
- 30 g red wine vinegar
- 30 g sugar raw
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 1 pinches ground allspice
- 150 g water
- 1 tsp Vegetable stock paste
- 100 g red wine
- 2 juniper berries
- 50 g Jelly, red currant jelly

Recipe's preparation
- Place 200 g apples, in pieces and chop 5 sec/speed 5 and transfer to seperate bowl
- Add 500 g red cabbage, in pieces, chop with spatula 5 sec/speed 5 and place in a separate bowl
- Add 1 onion (60 g), halved chop 4 sec/speed 5, scrape down with spatula
- Add 40 g lard or butter and cook 3 min/120°C/speed 2
- Add chopped red cabbage and cook 3 min/120°C/speed 2
- Add 1 bay leaf, dried or fresh, 30 g red wine vinegar, 30 g Sugar, ½ tsp salt, 1 pinch allspice, 150 g water, 1 tsp vegetable stock paste, 100 g red wine, 2 juniper berries and cook 60 min/120°C/"Counter-clockwise operation" /speed 1
- Add 50 g red currant jelly mix 5 sec/"Counter-clockwise operation" /speed 2. Remove bay leaf and juniper berries. Serve as a side dish.
