- 200 grams broccoli florets
- 100 grams Iceberg Lettuce, Leaves only
- 25 grams rice wine vinegar
- 25 grams soy sauce, Or Tamari Sauce for gluten free
- 30 grams Rice malt syrup
- 100 grams fried noodles, Can use gluten free

Recipe's preparation

1: Place Carrot and Broccoli into Thermomix bowl and chop 2 seconds speed 6
2: Transfer into serving bowl
3: Put lettuce into Thermomix bowl and chop 3 seconds speed 4 then transfer to bowl with carrot and broccoli
4: Put serving bowl with above ingredients onto Thermomix Lid and weigh into it rice wine vinegar, soy sauce, rice malt syrup and noodles, then stir to combine with spatula
5: Garnish with Fresh Parsley before serving

Very simple to make, tasty salad that we enjoyed with our BBQ. Made plenty so we halved and left the fried noodles out of the half to be used the next day so we can just freshen it up by adding the rest of the noodles when ready to use.
